E-Visits
All Skype sessions are on Mountain Standard (Colorado Time). I'll be ready and waiting at your scheduled time with user name ClimbingDoc. If I'm a few minutes late, don't worry- I might be held up with a last few questions in my office. Any difficult cases can email over results/reports to my email below. Book online here.
In Person Visits
You may currently book a visit to see me here at my mountain clinic. I am no longer physically seeing clients in Boulder and have left LifeSport . . and USAClimbing. Please reach out with any questions or comments.
Insurance
I'm happy to send a full info receipt for your visit with which you can submit to your insurance. Titled a "super bill" it will have all codes needed to be reimbursed by your healthcare company.
HSA and Flex Spend Cards
All flex-spend cards and HSA Cards are welcome. If you are having issues using them with the system I am happy to run them manually for your visit or self-care tools depending on the rules and regulations of your state and program.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
You have 7 days after your purchase arrives to return it for a full refund unless it is an e-Book.
Want a refund?
Absolutely. Unless it is an ebook OR if the purchase has signs of wear and tear. Used purchases are nonrefundable. Classes are non refundable.

Ebooks are not valid for return- If you have received any other item and are unsatisfied with your purchase- get your money back or a swap to a differnt tool within 7 days. We do not cover return shipping however-
